  • Enhanced the “Finer Women Don’t Haze Initiative” and ensured that Zeta is the thought leader on anti-hazing, including the creation of the historic “First Things First” Anti-Hazing Townhall.
  • Facilitated the approval of the Class Names/Numbers policy in response to Soror demand.
  • Coordinated the creation of the “Girls to Pearls Pathway to Membership” program for former Archonettes. 
  • Development of the “Taylor-Cleaver” Legacy Club to highlight the bond of the only constitutionally bound family. 
  • Oversaw the creation or update of Reclamation, FWDH, Retention, and New Chapter/Expansion toolkits and processes.
  • Ensured continued engagement with campus professionals.
  • Guided the elevation of the Sorority’s Honorary Membership Program.
  • Creation of the MIP 101 and Recruitment.
  • Training series and engagement of Phired Up to promote UG growth.
  • Ensured the amendment of the Diversity Statement to include age and reflect the value of our seasoned Sorors.
  • Leveraged income-generating opportunities, including the MIP Sweatsuit program.
  • Oversaw the UG Overseas Military Chapter Intake Track.
